PROW NC083 - Effectively Managing Workplace Stress

Eight-hour course addresses one of the biggest individual and societal problems today: the high costs of stress. We define stress and the many ways it negatively affects our personal health and effectiveness as employees and leaders. Also discussed is how stress can cripple companies, organizations and communities. After taking a stress inventory, proacitve approaches to build resilience and lessen exposure to stress are explored. Learn and practice techniques which can help you more effectively handle the inevitable stresses you will encounter.
