PE 145B - Dance Fitness: Intermediate

Skills Advisories: Eligibility for ENG 98 and ENG 103.

Incorporates cardiovascular exercise, muscular endurance, balance and flexibility. Students will review beginning movements and learn intermediate movements from a variety of music and dance rhythms including, but not limited to, merengue, salsa, cha-cha-cha, mambo, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop and others. Class format will involve continuous dancing and interval training for cardiovascular health.
